Tell us your app version, device and iOS version, what you were trying to do, and what happened. A screenshot can help; avoid sharing private or sensitive photos.
Restoring a purchase
Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then choose Restore Purchase in the app. If access is still missing, contact us with the plan name and the error you see. Do not send payment card details.
Managing subscriptions
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the subscription to review or cancel it. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Improving a face swap
Try a clearer portrait with similar lighting and face angle to the template. Check the eyes, mouth, hairline and surrounding details before saving. Results vary by photo.
